Prism is a desktop app for projection mapping. Install it, sign in, and start a 14-day trial of the full app from Account. A card is required for the trial.

Prism has been tested on Windows. Intel Macs, Windows on ARM, and Linux downloads are not available.

How the 14-day trial works
- The trial includes the full app.
- In Account, choose the monthly or annual plan and add a card in Stripe Checkout. Your 14 days start after checkout, not when you download or sign in.
- Nothing is charged at signup. After 14 days, your plan is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancel in Account → Manage billing. You keep access until the trial or paid period ends.
- If your account already had a trial or a paid plan, payment is due at checkout.
- When access ends, you can still open and back up your projects. A show that is already running keeps playing.
Install
Install Prism and start your trial
On a Mac
- Download the DMG.
- Open it and drag Prism into Applications.
- Eject the disk image, then open Prism from Applications.
On Windows (preview)
- Download the installer. Check its checksum first, as shown below.
- Run the installer. Because the preview is unsigned, Windows may warn about an unknown publisher or block the file.
- Open Prism. A ZIP version is also on the release page. Extract all of its files and keep them together.
Then, on either computer
- Connect to the internet and open Prism.
- Sign in with the code sent to your email.
- Open Account, choose a plan, and finish checkout to start your 14 days.

| Projector | Any projector your computer can use as an extended display, over HDMI or an adapter. Prism opens a clean full-screen output on the display you pick. |
| Internet | Needed to sign in, activate, and manage billing. After activation, you can create and project offline for up to seven days within your access period. |
| Media | Images and video files up to 300 MB each. Video playback uses the formats Prism's built-in Chromium engine supports, so test each clip before a show. |
| Computers per account | Two activated computers. Deactivate one in Account to move to another. |
Not included: automatic updates, cloud sync, show-control protocols, and hardware timecode. Several outputs share one playback clock, but they are not frame-locked, so test multi-projector shows on your own hardware.

Before the first public download, Prism was built in development versions 1.1 to 1.6. Those added Photo to surfaces with SAM 3 (1.1 to 1.3), mask animation effects (1.4), GPU warping and gamma-shaped edge blends (1.5), and show effects, scene transitions, and one-click animation (1.6).
